Course J
Title of Course: The Sacrament of Reconciliation
Target Audience: P3 teachers who have not taught First Reconciliation using the ALIVE-O 3 Programme
The purpose of this course is two-fold: to update teachers' own understanding of the Sacrament of Reconciliation and to explore the ALIVE-O 3 Programme for First Reconciliation. In the morning there will be an exploration of the sacrament at an adult level and in the afternoon the ALIVE-0 3 First Reconciliation Lessons will be examined. It is our experience that teachers find the morning session extremely beneficial. It would obviously be ideal for all teachers to attend both the morning and afternoon sessions and we would really recommend that this happen. However, we realise that it may not be possible for schools to manage this. Therefore, teachers can either register for the afternoon session of this course or for the whole day.
Date: Friday 9th January
Time: 9.30 - 12.30 (morning session)
1.15 - 3.15 (afternoon session)
Cost: £50 full day £25 half day
(Lunch will be provided for those who attend both sessions.)
