The role of the HR/Safeguarding Administrator is to effectively manage and co-ordinate all administrative aspects of the day to day running of the HR and Safeguarding offices, dealing with personnel administration, volunteer recruitment processes, including training, and assisting the Safeguarding Adviser implementing safeguarding standards in parishes and Catholic groups within the Archdiocese of Glasgow. The ideal candidate for this post will be flexible, organised and efficient, with good administrative skills, couple with effective communication and interpersonal skills, and must be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages.
Some evening work might be required.
P/T £12,653 p.a. (14 hrs/week)
We require a flexible, organised and efficient individual, with excellent communication skills. The post-holder will coordinate and administer the activities of the Pastoral Care Trust–The St Nicholas Care Fund in the wider community, through liaison with parishes, schools, voluntary organisations and community groups. They will process grant applications and manage the donations and correspondence with donors and will assist the Board of Trustees with administrative matters. Sound experience in managing social media and websites is also required.
